酒店知识管理及其应用

随着Internet和电子商务的飞速发展，人们逐渐意识到新技术在企业中应用的重要性。知识管理是新技术的产物之一。近十年来，知识管理发展迅速，许多企业纷纷引入了相关项目，一些饭店集团也开始尝试实施知识管理，如圣达特集团和万豪集团。但在国内却很少有饭店尝试知识管理。本文正是从中国饭店知识管理现状出发，对我国饭店实施知识管理提出了一些建议和意见。

With the rapid development of Internet and e-commerce, people are gradually aware of the importance of the application of new technology in enterprises, and knowledge management is one product of the new technology. Over the past 10 years, with the rapid development of knowledge management, some foreign enterprises such as the Cendant group and the Marriott Group have introduced related projects and begun to implement knowledge management, However, few hotels in China have ther same practice. From the present state of hotel knowledge management in China and through a review of relevant literature, the author gives some suggestions for the hotel managers.
