摆式列车车休倾摆机构同步问题研究

摘    要:针对倾摆机构和作动器因安装空间位置受限制以及为保证互换性而采取相对安装的方式带来的车体倾摆机构的同步问题,分析了摆式列车车体倾摆角度与作动器行程的关系,提出作动器主从同步的控制方式,即以一个作动器的输出作为理想输出,其余的作动器受控跟踪这一选定的理想输出,达到同步控制。这种同步控制方式具有灵活、快速、准确的输出响应,并通过试验得到了验证。

Abstract:The synchronous problem of the tilting mechanism is due to the limited installation space of tilting mechanism and actuators and installation at opposite position to ensure interchangeability. The relationship between the tilting angle of tilting carbody and actuator stroke is analyzed. The control mechod is proposed to have synchronous master and slave actuators, taking the output of one actuator as ideal while the rests are controlled to track the selected ideal output so as to realize synchronous control. The control method features flexible, fast and accurate output response and is verified by tests.
