摘    要:介绍了电站锅炉再热器焊区渗漏的3种原因,即设计不当、材料性能欠佳和运行工况恶劣.指出最重要的原因是结构设计不当。结合某电厂锅炉再热器集箱小径管的焊口,分析了采用数值解法来求解该力学模型的必要性。给出了数值解法计算模型,研究了焊口厚度对焊口应力集中系数的影响。结果表明,焊口的厚度的增加有利于降低应力集中。

Abstract:Three reasons for the leakage of welding parts of reheater were introduced. Incorrect design was most important reason. The welding parts of small-diameter tube of reheater in a thermo-electric factory were calculated with numerical methods. The effection of thickness of welding parts on the stress intensity factors were researched. The result shows that stress intensity factor of calculated object decreases with increase of thickness of welding seam.
