摘    要:针对奇瑞缸内直喷2.0L发动机,利用耦合详细化学反应动力学的发动机循环模拟计算,优化设计了HCCI配气方案,这是国内率先在多缸4冲程产品汽油机上实现了HCCI燃烧,缸内循环波动和缸问循环波动小于2%,并大幅度降低了油耗和NOx的排放.

Abstract:An engine cycle simulation is conducted using CFD code BOOST cgupled with chemical kinetics code CHEMKIN to optimize the valve timing scheme for HCCI in a Chery 2.0L GDI engine. This is the first time in China to realize HCCI combustion in a multi-cylindex; gasoline engine. The results show that the coefficients of cycleto-cycle variation both within and between cylinders are less than 2% , and the fuel consumption and NOx emission are greatly reduced.
