摘    要:DF4型机车焊接式冷却单节,在焊缝处产生裂纹引起泄漏,成为冷却系统厂修的常见质量问题。通过技术改造,使原单节成为减振式冷却单节,不仅具有减振功能,且结构更合理。经试验和大量装车运用表明,DF4型内燃机车冷却系统的可靠性得到了提高。

Abstract:Leakage resulted from weld cracking is a common quality problem found on the cooling assemblies of DF4 Series locomotives under shop repair. Subsequent renovation has modified the cooling assembly into a vibration - damped one with more appropriate structure. Testing and practical application indicate that the reliability of the cooling system on DF4 Series locomotives is greatly improved.
