材料硬度对C形密封圈密封能力的影响研究

摘    要:根据经验公式选取不同硬度的橡胶材料参数,采用有限元方法利用ABAQUS通用程序对C形密封圈结构进行大间隙工况下密封性能的仿真计算.结果表明C型密封圈在大间隙工况下的密封性能受三个条件的约束.C形密封圈在大间隙工况下合理的材料硬度范围为70~80.

Abstract:The parameters of rubbers in different hardness was choose according to experiential formula,the finite element analyses of properties of C shape seal ring in large gap case was made in the finite element method using ABAQUS general simulation program,the simulation result shows that C shape seal ring in large gap case constrained by three conditions.The appropriate hardness range for C shape seal ring in large gap case is between 70 and 80.
