金融学人才培养与课程体系设置的若干思考

在充满机遇与挑战的21世纪,我国经济金融的发展和金融学高等教育变革带来的挑战,要求不断创新金融学专业的人才培养目标和培养模式,要求金融学专业课程体系的设置体现与时俱进的时代特征.本文基于对新世纪金融发展趋势的分析,并考虑到目前我国高校金融学专业本科人才培养和课程体系设置存在的相对滞后性,从而阐述了新世纪金融学专业本科人才应具备的知识结构与能力结构,进而提出了金融学专业本科课程体系设置的指导思想和要处理好的几个关系.

On the Training of Undergraduate Talent and the Establishment of Curriculum System in Finance

In 21st century full of opportunity and challenge,the development of China's economy and finance and the change of China's higher education in finance have been brought about some challenges,which require continuous innovation of training of talent and establishment of curriculum system in finance.Based on the analysis of development trend of finance in 21st century and relative lag of training of undergraduate talent and establishment of curriculum system in finance in China,this article illuminates the structure of knowledge and ability which undergraduate talent in finance facing 21st century should possessed,and then puts forward the guiding ideology of establishment of undergraduate curriculum system in finance and several relations which need to be handled well.
