| 摘 要： | 利用坐标测量机原理设计并制造了一台能快速测量汽车盘式制动器摩擦块背板各相关尺寸的专用检测设备。详细介绍了测量机的设计原则、基本结构及其控制系统。该测量机结构简单、使用方便，可满足摩擦材料厂家对背板外形尺寸精度的进货检验，也为背板生产厂家提供了出厂检验手段。

| Abstract: | One special measurement equipment for fast measuring dimensions of the steel back of automotive brake discs is designed and manufactured based on the coordination measurement principle.The design criterion, basic structure and its control system are introduced in detail.The equipment is simple in structure and is easy to use,which can be used by friction material manufacturers for outline dimension check of bought steel backs. |
