| 摘 要： | 轴系作为船舶最重要的部分,制造及加工要求都非常高.本文结合16 000总吨客滚船轴系生产,对艉管镗孔(包括斜镗孔)、艉管轴承冷冻压入法、轴系总段对中等新工艺作了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | As a key part, the technical requirements for manufacture and installation of the shafting are very rigorous. Some new techniques such as S/T boring (including slop boring), cold S/T bearing press-in method and shaft pre-alignment at stern P/E block condition are discussed combined with the shafting manufacture of a 16 000 gt passenger Ro/Ro ship. |
