摘 要: | 结合装载浓硝酸的化学品船液货罐结构上的特点,详细推导了船体三维运动时液舱货罐内部压力的计算公式,在此基础上提出将求解液舱货罐内部压力问题转化为以横倾角和纵倾角为设计变量,液舱货罐内部压力为目标函数的一个最优化问题 ,并利用matlab优化工具箱求解,最后进行有限元直接计算和分析,得出满足CCS规范要求的液灌结构形式。

Structual Analysis of A-type Independent Cargo Tanks in Concentrated Nitric Acid Carriers Based on FEM |

Abstract: | Against the misunderstanding and confusion when calculating the internal pressure of an independent cago tank, and in consideration of the structural characteristics of the tank in a concentrated nitric acid carrier, a mathematical model to compute the extremum of internal pressure is founded,and resolved by using Matlab Optimization Toolbox.Then to arrive at a structure that meet the requirements in CCS code after FEM analysis. |
