液力偶合器叶栅附面层及旋涡控制的试验研究

摘    要:采用在液力偶合器叶片上打孔的方法,控制其内部附面层的发展、分离和旋涡的扩散,以提高偶合器的力矩系数。应用激光切面法测量叶片打孔前后的内部流场,并进行以比分析,得出了叶片上打孔的数量和孔径大小的最佳值。

Abstract:Development and separation of inner bound layer of hydraulic coupler vane and vortex diffusion are controlled by means of the method of hole drilling on the vane to raise torque coefficient of the coupler. The internal now fields before and after hole drilling on the vane are measured by laser section cutting method and comparison as well as analysis is performed that optimum values of hole number and hole diameter size on vane are obtained.
