| 摘 要： | 朔黄铁路2000年5月18日开通运营，正线全长594km，是国家Ⅰ级干线、双线电气化铁路，是我国西煤东运的第二条大通道。按照“源于国铁、优于国铁”。“绿色、高效、数字化”的发展思路．在思想观念、管理体制、运营模式等方面大胆创新．走出了一条“规范运作．自主经营，网运分离．联合经营，统分贯融，保障综合”独具特色的发展之路．

| Abstract: | Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway was put into operation on May 18, 2000, with length of 594km, which is the doubletrack electrified railway, and the second major thoroughfare of China to transport coal. According to the principle of Based on National Trunk Railway, Better than National Trunk Railway, Green, Efficient, and Digitization, the people of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway innovate boldly on ideas, management system, and operating mode, become a joint venture railway with good economic efficiency. |
