肾上腺影象学的应用解剖

对成尸52具(102侧)肾上腺进行了研究。肾上腺的形态可见到6种类型,其中半月形者54例,占52.94%,三角形者41例,占40.20%。此二种最多见。肾上腺位于肾上腺三角内者100例、占98.39%。肾上腺在肾内缘上方之高度右侧是2.06cm、左侧是1.70cm。肾上腺平均高度右侧是2.93cm、左侧是2.30cm。肾上腺平均宽度右侧是4.55cm、左侧是5.09cm。肾上腺平均厚度两侧都是0.65cm。

APPLIED ANATOMY OF IMAGING OF ADRENAL GLANDS

The adrenal(suprarenal)gland specimens were in vestigated on 52 adult cadavers(102 sides).The shape of adrenal gland may be divided into 6 types,among which semilunar form(in 54 cases,52.9%)andtriangular(in 41 cases,40.19%)were mostfrequently occured.Adrenal glands which lie in theadrenal gland triangle were present in 100 cases(sides)(98.39%).The average height from upper end ofmedial border of corresponding kidney to the upper endof adrenal gland was 2.06 cm in the right,and 1.07cm in the left.The average height(vertically)of rightadrenal gland was 2.93 cm,the width(transversly)4.55 cm,the thickness(antero-posterior)0.65 cm,buton the left adrenal gland the height,width and thick-ness were 2.30 cm,5.09 cm and 0.65 cm respectively.
