胶粉改性沥青配比及性能试验研究

摘    要:以山东滨州70号A级道路石油沥青作为基质沥青,对不同掺量的废旧轮胎橡胶粉改性沥青的常规性能和SHRP指标进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,随着胶粉掺量的增加,改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能和感温性能以及抗老化能力和抗变形能力均得到了提高.据此,推荐了改性沥青性价比优良的胶粉适宜掺量为15%左右,从而为胶粉改性沥青的应用提供参考.

Abstract:The conventional performances and SHRP indexes are studied with the experiments for the modified asphalt with different mix proportions of rubber powder of old tire and base asphalt A-70 from Binzhou City in Shandong Province.The results show that the performances of high temperature,low temperature and temperature sensibility and the capacities of anti-deforming and anti-ageing are improved as the mix proportions of rubber powder increase.According to the analysis,the appropriate mix proportion of rubber powder for the modified asphalt is recommended as about 15% to provide a potential application for rubber powder-modified asphalt.
