摘 要: | 叙述了柴油机电控共轨式喷射系统喷油过程的试验装置及原理,实测了HEUI—A液压增压式喷油器的喷油规律,并对共轨压力和喷油脉宽与喷油量、预喷射和喷油率之间的依存关系进行了综合分析。

Experimental Study on Injection process of Electronically Controlled Common-rail Diesel Injection System |

Abstract: | The structure and operating principle of the testing device for fuel injection process of electronically controlled common rail injection system were presented.The injection characteristics of hydraulic/electronic unit injector(HEUI)were tested.And the effect of common-rail pressure and injection pulse width on the injected fuel quantity,pre-injection and injection rate was comprehensively analyzed. |
