中磷缸套与铬钼铜活塞环的磨损机制

摘    要:利用SRV高温磨损试验机模拟了缸套一活塞环在上止点区域的工作状态,研究了中磷(MP)缸套/铬钼铜(CrMoCu)环在190℃的高温环境和不同载荷下的磨损形式,分析了材料副在相应条件下的磨损机制。研究结果表明,在较轻载荷下、环、套表面主要为均匀的磨料磨损,环表面还出现了小区域的疲劳剥落;在中等载荷下,环、套表面除了磨料磨损外,还呈现了明显的粘着现象;在重裁条件下,磨损形式为磨料、疲劳、粘着、氧化和犁沟式混合磨损。

Abstract:With the SRV high temperature wear testing machine,working conditions of the cylinder liner and the piston ring at the upper dead center area is simulated,the wear types between the MP cylinder liner and the CrMoCu ring under high temperature conditions and different loads is studied and wear mechanism of material sets under different con-di tions is analyzed.It is shown by studies that,under the light load condition,even abrasive wear is the main wear type of the cylin der liner surface and the ring surface and there is small area fatigue flaking on the ring surface;under the medi -um load condition,besides abrasive wear on the surfaces of cylinder liners and rings,there is evident adhesion phe-nomenon;under the high load condition,there are wear types;abrasive wear,fatigue wear,adhesive wear,oxidation wear and furrow type com bination wear.
