摘    要:针对机车车辆各焊接承载部件的结构疲劳性能,在广泛参考和借鉴国际上动态承载焊接结构的疲劳研究成果,并对各种现行国内外工业设计标准或规范进行对比研究的基础上,主要就焊接残余应力的结构疲劳性能影响及其考虑方式相关内容进行了详细和深入的探讨.明确在机车车辆各焊接承载部件的焊缝接头疲劳设计、强度评定及寿命预测分析中,必须重视焊接残余应力的疲劳影响作用,并应依据实际结构几何及焊缝接头形式、承载特点、残余应力真实分布等因素,采取适当方法予以合理考虑.
