半刚性基层与沥青面层层间联结性能研究

摘    要:依托呼杀高速主线,在半刚性基层与沥青面层层间原设计方案的基础上,提出两种对比方案,同时创新性地利用拉拔试验和剪切试验进行层间联结效果的检测.试验结果表明:针对呼杀高速主线,热洒型沥青加铺碎石封层的层间联结效果最好,改性乳化沥青加铺碎石封层次之,改性乳化沥青粘层最差;剪切试验与拉拔试验的相关性较好,均可表征半刚性基层与沥青面层的层间联结效果.

Link Performance Between Semi-Rigid Base and Surface of Asphalt Pavement

Abstract:Based on the original design scheme between semi-rigid base and surface of asphalt pavement, this paper proposes two schemes, and use pull out test and shear test to test the link performance between semi-rigid base and surface of asphalt pavement of Hohhot-Shahukou Expressway. The results show that the hot asphalt chip seal is better than the polymer modified asphalt chip seal and the polymer modified asphalt chip seal is better than the polymer modified asphalt. The correlation of pull out test and shear test has good correlation, both of them can represent link performance between semi-rigid base and surface of asphalt pavement.
