摘    要:基于国际海事组织(IMO)限制温室气体排放(GHG)条约,阐述了船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)的概念,其计算公式中各项参数的含义及降低EEDI值的途径,重点指出EEDI的出现对我国造船业带来的影响及挑战。船舶采用经济航速是最为有效的节能减排的方式,但对营运商不是最佳选择,故而研发低碳燃油等优化技术成为当下最为重要的任务。船舶能效设计指数的强制实施在短期内对我国造船业造成了一定的冲击,但是长远看会进一步推进我国造船业进行深入的技术改造,从而提高中国船舶企业的综合竞争实力。

Challenges of Chinese Shipbuilding Industry from Energy Efficiency Design Index

Abstract:Based on the International Maritime Organization ( IMO ) of the treaty to limit GHG emissions, this paper expounds the concept of Energy Efficiency Design Index ( EEDI ), the calculation formula of the meaning of the parameters and the way of realizing energy saving and emission reduction. This paper mainly points out the influence and challenge to China. Economic speed is the most effective way of energy saving and emission reduction, but for carriers it isn't the best choice. So optimization technology becomes the most important task, such as low carbon fuel oil. With the Energy Efficiency Design of Ship has been imposed, which causing some impact to shipbuilding industry of our country in the short term. But in the long term it will further advance in-depth technical renovation in our country, so as to enhance China's shipping enterprise comprehensive competitive power.
