基于车牌识别的城市年票自动管理系统

年票制是提高公路通行效率的行之有效的办法,但由于年票征管部门监管不力,导致车辆恶意逃费所致的通行费流失严重,针对我国城市年票监管实际情况,提出一种基于车牌识别的城市年票自动管理系统.首先介绍了该系统的架构以及年票收费站管理和委托站次票监管两个子系统的工作原理,接着重点论述实现该系统的三项关键技术：车牌识别技术、数据同步技术、IC卡防伪技术.该系统已在广东省中山市投入使用,运行稳定可靠,受到客户的好评.

Automated Management System of Urban Annual Ticket Based on License Plate Recognition

Annual ticket system is an effective way to increase traffic efficiency. However, because of poor supervision of the annual ticket collection department, toll is seriously losing caused by vehicle malicious escape. In view of the actual supervision situation for urban annual ticket, the paper proposes an automat- ed management system for urban annual ticket based on license plate recognition. First, the paper describes structure of the system and working principle of its two subsystems including annual ticket toll sta- tion management subsystem and secondary ticket commissioned station regulatory subsystem, and then focuses on the three kind of key technologies of the system, namely license plate recognition technology, data synchronization technology, IC card security technology. The system has been put into use in Zhongshah City of Guangdong Province, and it has reliable and stable system operation praised by customers.
