我国区域出口贸易技术外溢的实证研究

基于两部门模型,利用面板数据的似无关方法估计1992—2007年我国东部区域、中部区域、西部区域出口贸易对经济增长的技术外溢效应。结果表明:3个区域的出口贸易主要是通过更有效率地利用出口部门生产要素和出口部门对非出口部门的正向技术外溢而对经济增长产生积极影响。并且,东部区域出口部门的技术外溢效应相对更高,而中部、西部区域出口部门的生产率相对更高。

Empirical Study on Technology Spillovers of Regional Export in China

Based on the model of two sectors, this paper estimates the technology spillover effect of export sector to non- export sector with seemingly unrelated regression technical and panel data of 29 regions during 1992 - 2007. The em- pirical study shows that export sector have higher factor productivity than that of non-export sector. There are positive spillover effects from export sector to non-export sector, but the magnitude is various among regions. Furthermore, the difference of spillover effect of export sector to non-export sector in eastern regions is bigger than that of central and western regions, but the difference of factor productivity between two sectors in eastern regions is less than that of cen- tral and western regions.
