摘    要:介绍了材料领域人们所关注的资源风险以及日本正在推行的“元素战略”计划。阐述了日本铁道综合技术研究所的材料技术研究部在混凝土材料、隔振材料、润滑材料等方面的最新应用研究,以及提高铁路用各种材料的性能,解释损伤机理、材料评价方法、推测方法方面的研究成果。
