振弦式传感器用于动态测试的可行性分析

摘    要:通过对振弦式传感器工作原理的研究,搭建了振弦式传感器的结构应力信号动态采集系统,并以悬臂梁为试验对象,与信号测试设备——东华DH(5923_1394)进行了数据采集对比试验,然后利用Matlab对采集结果进行了相关性分析,确定了利用振弦式传感器在机械结构应力动态测试中的可行性.

Research on Feasibility of Vibrating Wire Sensor in Dynamic Testing

Abstract:Based on the research of vibrating wire sensors working principle,this paper built a structural strain signal dynamic collecting system of vibrating wire transducers,and made a contrasting experiment between this system and an authentic signal testing equipment-DH(5923_1394),the testing object of which was cantilever beam.Besides,by analyzing the dependence of the collecting results with Matlab,the article proved the feasibility of vibrating wire transducers in constructural strain dynamic testing,and made theorial and experimental foundation for the application of vibrating wire sensors in dynamic structural strain testing.
