汽轮发电机组变工况稳态调速率调试与试验研究

针对某孤立电站汽轮发电机组的静态特性和调节系统进行研究和试验,总结出了变工况稳态调速率的有效调整途径和变化规律.研究表明:通过对调压器垫片的厚度、稳态调速率调整器刻度的调整可以使机组在高低蒸汽参数下稳态调速率趋于一致.根据两种调整途径之间的关系及试验数据,总结出的稳态调速率调试规律,将对后续汽轮发电机组稳态调速率的调试工作起到一定的借鉴作用.
