船用汽轮发电机组振动偏大问题的处理

摘    要:船用汽轮发电机组在试验中出现基频下轴向和垂向振动偏大,减速器轴承振速高达5 mm/s以上.为了解决此振动问题,进行了汽轮机和减速器单独试验,结果二者单独运转时振动皆良好.检查二者之间联结的齿式联轴器,发现齿套与挡环存在碰擦,造成汽轮机和减速器联结运转时产生附加力.经过齿套相关尺寸扩大,机组振动大幅度下降,问题得以解决.通过该振动问题的处理表明,汽轮机和减速器之间的联结挠性差,造成机组振动偏大,尤其是基频下轴向和垂向振动偏大.

Abstract:The steam turbine and reduction box of turbogenerator set for ship use appeared serious vibration along axial and upright direction under base frequency during test. The vibration speed on the bearing of reduction gear box got more than 5mm/s. In order to solve this problem,the turbine and the gear box after separating them were tested.
