驼峰道岔转辙机及其控制存在的问题和对策

摘    要:论文针对目前我国使用中的驼峰道岔转辙机及其控制的现状,首先列出各自存在的问题。并在进行认真分析的基础上,提出对存在问题的对策和建议:对分路道岔转换设备建议从优选材质、提高生产工艺和了解、熟悉使用环境、方法及要求两个方面进行;而对控制电路则提出了采用微电子控制模块替代传统继电式控制电路,直接完成分路道岔转辙机转换达到提高驼峰信号控制的可靠性和安全性方法。

Abstract:Based on the service state of hump switch machine and the control system in our country, the paper lists the problems with various kinds of equipment and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions: for branching switch,quality materials are required,production process should be improved and operation environment,method and requirement should be better known;and for control circuit, traditional relay control circuit should be replaced with micro-electronic control module so that branching switch machine can be directly transferred and reliability and safety of hump signal control be ensured.
