电动汽车逆变器用散热器的优化设计

摘    要:利用ICEPAK软件,全面地对逆变器的各种散热情况进行了分析,得出最佳散热方案,为散热器的设计提供了依据,改进的散热器现G应用于多款电动汽车。

Abstract:A comprehensive analysis of inverter radiation is introduced by using the ICEPAK software. An optimal radiating percept forthe inverter is made to select the appropriate type of radiator. The product has been applied in several kinds of electric automobiles.
