摘 要: | 给出了用层次分析与灰关联分析结合的方法对公路货运市场进行细分的算法,通过案例实证了算法的有效性,从而为公路货运企业科学决策和进行目标市场营销提供依据;并针对不同的公路货运细分市场提出了相应的营销策略。

Abstract: | The algorithm of segmenting the highway freight market was put forward with analytical hierarchy process and gray relative analysis,and its rationality was confirmed by a case.It provides a basis for highway freight of enterprises to make scientific decisions and conduct target marketing.At last,corresponding marketing strategy is proposed in view of different subdivision of the market. |
