| 摘 要： | 基于E-Navigation的CSSA架构及MSP服务集，提出一套准确、安全、高效的航海保障综合信息系统架构体系，对系统的数据采集和传输、数据处理和增值服务、应用服务层、基础设施层等内容作了详细阐述，此架构体系可为我国构建布局合理、层次分明、功能完善、性能可靠的航海保障体系奠定基础。
