| 摘 要： | 高速公路工程建设的施工组织是决定能否按期完成工程任务的关键因素之一,其中路基桥涵工程的施工组织是众多建设分项中的重中之重。结合辽开高速公路的工程管理实际,重点介绍该项目如何通过动态管理克服了种种不利因素,不断优化施工组织方案,以完成路基桥涵工程建设任务。
