| 摘 要： | 连环钢筋笼成型设备一改传统手工作业方式难以从根本上提高质量弱项指标的弊端,采用预设参数、机械作业、一次焊接成型,具有机械化程度高、加工速度快、质量稳定可靠、占用场地小等特点。提高工效,节省人工费开支,且主筋、箍筋间距均匀,所有焊点饱满一致,钢筋笼直径整齐划一,质量完全满足规范要求,基本可以实行免检。
