| 摘 要： | 以沈阳市为例,采用SWOT法研究建立可持续交通发展的战略组合,在此基础上,借助于交通战略、规划、政策、法规等手段,充分协调土地利用与交通系统、不同的交通方式、交通规划建设与交通管理、交通发展与环境保护、交通发展与资源投入之间的关系,达到既要满足现在的交通需求,又不损坏未来满足不断发展的交通需求的能力,实现经济、社会、环境的可持续发展以及交通系统自身的可持续发展的目的。
