| 摘 要： | 随着大陆与香港和澳门三地经济交往的日益频繁,相应民商事纠纷变大增加.本文提出在协定解决三地管辖权冲突应尊重当事人意思自治,可采取具体列举管辖权、明确禁"一案两诉"和明确"一事不二理"的规则,适用"不方便法院原则"和"便利生效判决执行原则"等措施和制度的设想.
