余热裂解甲醇气-柴油双燃料发动机的供气系统设计

摘    要:设计了一套排气余热裂解甲醇气-柴油双燃料发动机的供气系统,同时介绍了裂解气电控多点气口顺序喷射供气系统的构成、工作原理及气口多点喷射系统ECU的总体设计.系统应用热电温控结合余热裂解的方法进行甲醇裂解,使反应器的可控性增强;采用简单可行的裂解气预处理系统完成对裂解气的气质成分处理与增压,使裂解气满足在6300ZC柴油机上的掺烧条件;应用电控气口多点喷射系统实现裂解气在6300ZC柴油机上的多点喷射.
