高速公路交通安全效益研究

国内外的实践证明，高速公路运营比一般公路具有更高的安全性。根据高速公路网和一般公路网在道路类型和交通条件等方面的差异，提出建立道路服务水平与交通事故率之间的函数关系来预测交通事故率。在计算交通事故损失时，提出测算交通事故直接经济损失和间接经济损失的模型及方法，并提出运用“有无对比分析法”测算高速公路网交通安全的效益。
