| 摘 要： | 目的 从定性定量角度探讨粉防己碱诱导宫颈癌HeLa细胞凋亡的作用.方法 采用MTT法检测不同浓度粉防己碱作用不同时间对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞株的增殖抑制作用.通过流式细胞仪和激光共聚焦显微镜检测细胞凋亡情况.结果 粉防己碱对宫颈癌HeLa细胞具有增殖抑制作用,且呈时间、浓度依赖性.应用流式细胞仪检测到15μmol/L粉防己碱诱导HeLa细胞产生的凋亡率为(51.8±0.97)%,显著高于对照组凋亡率(24.3±1.23)%(P<0.05).通过激光共聚焦显微镜观察,与对照组比较,粉防己碱作用后HeLa细胞具有明显的凋亡形态.结论 粉防己碱能够抑制HeLa细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡.
