| Abstract: | It has great influence for project cost and construction schedule with increasing competition in overseas construction market,the uncertainty of the price of production materials and the political instability in individual districts.Therefore,it is necessary for successful bidders to improve their economic benefits to establish a rational system of cost control and strengthen all aspects of the progress of the project cost management. |
