动车段(所)调车计划编制与执行技术研究

摘    要:动车段(所)调车计划的编制和执行效率直接影响到动车组检修质量和高速铁路服务质量。为提升动车段(所)检修作业信息化管理水平,动车组管理信息系统和动车段(所)控制集中系统紧密结合,从调车计划的编制、执行、反馈形成了业务闭环,为动车段(所)调度和车站值班员的业务提供了决策支持,降低了调车计划编制和执行的劳动强度,强化了调车作业安全管理和监控,提升了动车段(所)信息化管理和智能化控制水平。

Scheduling and executing of shunting plan for EMU depot (office)

Abstract:The scheduling and executing of shunting plan in EMU directly affect the quality of maintenance and quality of high-speed railway service. In order to improve the operation maintenance information based management level of EMU depot, the EMU management information system and EMU depot (office) control centralized system were closely integrated. From the scheduling, executing and feedback of shunting plan, a closed loop of business was formed. It provided decision support for the dispatching of the EMU depot and service of station duty officer, reduced the labor intensity of scheduling and executing of shunting plan, strengthened the safety management and monitoring of shunting operation, lifted the information based management and intelligent control level of the EMU depot.
