高速铁路应急联合演练仿真培训系统

摘    要:高速铁路的运营中,针对各不同工种之间的联合应急演练是保障高速铁路行车安全的重要方式。然而,受制于设备和手段的匮乏,目前,高速铁路联合应急演练多采用桌面问答形式,未能完全达到演练效果。文章基于我国高速铁路应急联合演练现状,提出一种基于模拟仿真技术的高速铁路突发事件应急预案演练方法,将车辆、工务、电务、客运等专业纳入仿真培训实作流程中,构建一套完整的高速铁路应急演练仿真培训系统。为高速铁路应急演练提供近似于实际情境的仿真训练环境,可以在很大程度上改善实作组织难度大、效率低的缺点,改变高速铁路多工种应急演练手段不足的困难局面。

Abstract:In the operation of high-speed railway, the emergency joint drill between different kinds of workers is an important way to guarantee the safety of high-speed railway. However, at present, high-speed rail joint drill mostly rehearse on the table due to the lack of equipment and means, it doesn’t attain its expectation. Based on our country’s high-speed railway emergency practice, This article proposed a method of the contingency preplans for high-speed railway emergencies based on simulated simulation technology, brought the rolling stock, maintenance of way, communication and signal, passenger transportation, etc. into the simulation training implementation process, constructed a complete set of high-speed railway emergency joint drill simulation training system. The system could provide the simulation training environment which approximated the actual situation, largely reduce the implementation difficulty and improve the efficiency of the operation, reverse the difficult situation of lack of means of emergency drills for the high-speed railway.
