摘    要:防溜铁鞋是防止铁路停留车辆发生移动和溜逸的重要工具,由于铁路线路分布范围广,停留车辆多,社会治安环境复杂,防溜铁鞋的管理成为困扰铁路作业人员的难题。如何利用现代通信信息技术解决铁路防溜铁鞋管理问题是铁路系统工程技术人员近年来不断为之努力的目标。文章介绍了铁路防溜铁鞋管理现状,提出了基于无线射频识别技术建立的智能铁鞋管理系统。该方案的目的是通过可视化的防溜铁鞋动态监控视图,实现车站管理人员对防溜铁鞋工作状态的实时监督和对铁鞋的实时管理,改变了目前人工现场管理困难的局面。

Abstract:Anti-slide iron shoes are the important tool to prevent the railway vehicle moving and slipping freely. The range of railway line is very longer and wide. Especially, the social security environment is complex, the management for anti-running iron shoes becomes a problem for railway workers. How to use modern communication information technology to solve the problem of management for railway anti-slide iron shoes is the goal of continuous efforts for railway system engineering in recent years. This paper introduced the management status of railway anti-slide iron shoes, proposed radio frequency identification (RFID) technology based intelligent iron shoes management system. The aim was to implement real-time monitoring of working state of anti-running iron shoes for the station management personnel, and real-time management to iron shoes by visual dynamic monitoring view of anti-slide iron shoe, change the difficulty situation of manual site management at present.
