相邻火区喷淋原则计算消防水总量在海上油气生产设施上的应用

摘    要:针对大型海上油气生产设施消防水量大,消防泵选型和消防管网布置困难的问题,通过研究国外相关标准规范,将相邻火区喷淋原则用于海上油气生产设施的消防水总量计算中,并与传统消防水量计算方法在消防水量大小,设备投资,规范适用性等方面进行了对比分析。分析结果表明相邻火区喷淋计算原则的计算方法满足规范要求,计算方法灵活,能够有效降低消防水总量,可以广泛应用于不同类型的海上油气生产设施。该方法在设备投资上具备一定的优势。通过实际案例分析表明,消防水量的降低比例达到了28.8%。同时对该方法的使用的条件,优缺点和注意事项进行了总结。

Fire Water Demand Calcuation for Offshore Oil and Gas Production Facility by Using Adjancent Fire Zone Protection Principle
Abstract:Firewater demand for the central production facility usually is large and it is very difficult to select the fire pump and distribute the firewater ring main on the facility. To solve this problem, a method that different from tradition method for fire water demand calculation has been developed based on the design standards and codes research. A comparison between the new method and tradition method which including fire water demand reduction, equipment investment cost, and design standard suitability has been carried out. The result shows the new method suit for different kinds of offshore production facilities and effectively reduces the firewater demand. According to a real design case, fire water demand decreased by 28.8 percent by the new calculation method. Limits, advantages, disadvantages of the new fire water demand calculation have been studied.
