摘    要:总结了铁路建设项目生态环境影响评价的现状,指出其不合理之处,提出新的方法进行评价。即利用改进的层次分析法(AHP)确定权重,减少了人为确定权重可能带来的误差,用构造的模糊模式识别模型及模糊综合评判对铁路生态项目进行评价,使生态环境影响评价项目的适宜性更加科学、合理,同时这种AHP和模糊数学相结合的方法也适于解决其他类似问题。

Abstract:In this paper a new method is given to valuation after generalized the current situation of ecology environmental impact assessment of railway construction and pointed out its unreasonableness. Proved AHP is used to ascertain weight, decreasing man-made error, using constructed fuzzy mode distinguish from model to appraise the construction project, andmaking the suitableness of the ecology environmental impact assessment project more science and advisability, at the same time the combination of AHP and fuzzy mathematics is also used to solve the other similar problems.
