| 摘 要： | 利用UG软件建立某轿车制动踏板总成的3D模型，基于ANSYS Workbeneh协同仿真平台，模拟制动踏板总成台架试验行业标准中规定的检验项目进行有限元分析，求得该车制动踏板的纵向位移、侧向位移、疲劳寿命。最后通过台架试验，表明该踏板的有限元分析与台架试验结果均符合行业标准。

| Abstract: | This article using UG software created automobile brake pedal 3D model, based on analyze workbeneh, simulated brake pedal test item of automobile industry standards and finite element analysis, obtained vertical displacement,lateral displacement,fatigue life. Finally, through experiment, indicated that finite element analysis and experiment of the pedal were accorded with industry standards. |
