特长公路隧道水泥混凝土路面施工质量控制

主要阐述了在秦岭终南山特长公路隧道施工中,针对隧道设计的特殊性,施工作业面狭窄,加之工期较短、施工干扰大等问题,从施工设备配备、工艺流程设计、内在质量控制等几个方面具体分析了其产生的原因和提高路面施工质量采取的措施,为今后特长隧道混凝土路面施工提供了借鉴经验,取得了良好的经济效益。

Construction Quality Control of Cement Concrete Pavement of Extra-long Highway Tunnel

Causes of problems existing in construction of Qinling Zhongnanshan extra-long highway tunnel includ- ing the particularity of design,narrow working area,short construction period and much disturbance of construction are analyzed from aspects of preparation of construction equipment,design of construction process as well as quality control,and measure for improving construction quality is presented,which provides reference for future construction of concrete pavement of extra-long tunnel and obtains good economic benefit,
