摘    要:为解决夏季混凝土坍落度损失过大的问题,以渝利铁路工程为实例,从理论上分析混凝土坍落度经时损失的机制,并结合工程实际,从施工环境、混凝土原材料和配合比3方面进行分析,总结出坍落度损失过大的影响因素,提出采取夏季施工措施、更换和调节水泥和减水剂、合理调整配合比等解决办法,可为解决类似问题提供参考。

Abstract:The mechanisms of concrete slump loss are analyzed,with Chongqing-Lichuan railway works as an example,so as to solve the problem of high slump loss of concrete in summer.It is concluded that the causes for the slump loss include improper ambient environment,improper raw materials and improper mixing ratios.Proposal is made to take proper protection measures in summer seasons,use new cements and water-reducing agents and adopt proper mixing ratios.This paper can be used as reference to solve similar problems in the future.
