柴油机状态监测与故障诊断特征参数研究

摘    要:介绍了柴油机状态监测与故障诊断特征参数中的非振动参数和振动参数,前者包括能够表征柴油机整体性能的进气压力、转速波动和整机功率;后者包括能够表征柴油机故障信息的中波幅值脉冲、高波幅值脉冲、最大燃烧压力和燃烧均匀性值。对振动信号进行小波包分解,提取包含待诊断部件故障信息的频带能量指标作为故障诊断的特征参数。得到了柴油机状态及故障的特征参数及其变化规律,从而为开展柴油机在线监测和故障诊断提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:In this paper,characteristic parameters are divided into non-vibration parameters and vibration parameters for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of diesel engine.The former includes inlet pressure, speed fluctuation and output power,which are related to the performance of diesel engine.The latter includes medium-to-low amplitude ratio,high-to-low amplitude ratio,pressure of explosion and combustion uniform,which are related to the faults.Then,wavelet packet decomposition is applied to the vibration signals and different frequency bands are acquired.The energy of one frequency band is related to one condition or fault.The above characteristic parameters provide a reliable base for the online detection and fault diagnosis of diesel engine.
