基于AHP和Delphi法的西大堤利用取向研究

西大堤是连云港港口腾飞的重要标志,是连云港发展的主要奠基石。近年来,随城市经济深层次的发展,城市不断向港口索要空间,目前西大堤已成为城市与港口的众矢之的。本文通过层次分析法与德尔非法相结合方式,从资源利用的角度出发,建立西大堤利用取向评价模型,为西大堤的发展利用提供决策支持。

The research of the West Breakwater's use tropism based on the AHP and Delphi

The West Breakwater is an important marking of the Lian yungang harbor' s prosperity after the construction; it lays the solid foundation for the development of the harbor future. In recent years, the port' s space becomes fewer as the growth of the city . Now the west breakwater is the target of public criticism .This paper analyses the real example with AHP and develops an approach by applying the Delphi technique in the AHP. It establishes the estimate model from the resource point of view. Finally we will put forward decision supports for the resource development.
