摘    要:今年1月下旬,受南方雨雪凝冻天气灾害影响,中国湖南、江西、贵州等地电力系统接连发生故障,波及铁路京广线、沪昆线等主要干线的牵引供电网和通信信号系统,导致部分区段电气化铁路运输瘫痪,造成大量列车滞留、晚点和停运,打乱了铁路的正常运输秩序。灾害对铁路的影响迅速引起了社会各界的关注,一旦电气化区段电网损坏或供电系统遭到破坏,电气化牵引动力即面临瘫痪,铁路运输也就中断。因此,应在电气化铁路重点区段和重要枢纽、车站,预置一定数量的蒸汽、内燃机车作为应急储存,一旦需要,可迅速替代电力机车,牵引列车运行,从而尽陕恢复铁路畅通。另外,内燃牵引区段目前在中国铁路里程中还占有较大的比例,内燃牵引技术和内燃机车技术的发展还在铁路运营中起着至关重要的作用。基于上述原因,“铁路内燃牵引技术的发展与应用”专题座谈会于2008年4月25—26日召开,本次活动由中国铁道学会和《世界轨道交通》杂志联合主办,铁道部相关领导、企业高层以及专家、学者出席了本次会议,他们就内燃牵引技术的发展和彼此关心的话题进行了深入的交流与探讨。

Focus on Diesel Traction Technology Innovation,Sharing Chinese Diesel Locomotive Market --Reports on the Meeting on Development and Application of Diesel Locomotive Traction Technology

Abstract:In late January 2008, due to the snow weather disaster in south China, some sections electrified railway in Hunan, Jiangxi, Guizhou and etc were destroyed, disrupted the normal railway transport order. The impact of disasters on the railway quickly attracted attention from all sectors of society. Once the electric power grid section is damaged or the power supply system is destroyed, electric traction power must face paralysis, rail transport will be also interrupted. Therefore, if a certain number of Diesel Locomotive and Steam Locomotive were preset in important hubs and stations, the transport will had resumed as soon as possible. For these reasons, the Meeting on Development and Application of Diesel Locomotive Traction Technology was held on 25-26 April, 2008. The meeting was jointly organized by China Railway Society and World Railway Magazine, leaderships of the Ministry of Railways, enterprises, experts and scholars attended the meeting, they made indepth exchanges and explore on their interesting issues.
