进气阀沉积物模拟试验方法应用研究

摘    要:考察了进气阀沉积物模拟试验方法与M111台架试验方法的相关性、重复性以及对汽油清净剂清净性的区分性。结果表明,该方法结果可靠,重复性好,对汽油清净剂清净性区分性强;不仅能够检测进气阀沉积物生成量,而且能够提供沉积物形貌图,有助于研究汽油清净剂作用机理及其清净性能差异原因,为筛选清净剂提供了技术手段。

Abstract:Intake valve deposit simulation(IVDS) test was taken in this paper.The correlation of IVDS and M111 bench test,repeatability and differentiation of dispersant ability have been studied in detail.Results showed that IVDS method shows high performance of differentiate the detergency of different additive,and data are reliable and repeatable.IVDS cannot only measure the amount of deposit,but also photograph its shape,which can help to study the mechanism of deposit formation and investigate the reasons of low detergency of additives and provide an effective method to select the best detergents.
