| 摘 要： | 工程担保机制是我国建筑行业发展的客观需要，有利于解决当前建筑行业存在的一系列问题，也是同国际惯例接轨的需要。此文论述了在我国实行工程担保的作用，在借鉴国外经验的基础上，针对我国工程担保的发展现状，提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Engineering warranty is the objective need of the development of the construction industry of our country, facilitates solving a series of problems existing in the construction trade of today and is also the need of keeping in line with the international practice. This article expounds the role of carrying out the engi- neering warranty in our country and makes several proposals based on foreign experience and the state of affairs of the development of engineering warranty in China. |
